London City Airport Pickup London

London City Airport Pickup Service

Your driver waits outside the arrivals exit with a name board. London City's compact size means you can reach the vehicle within minutes of stepping off the plane. Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes after landing, shorter than other London airports because baggage reclaim at LCY takes only a few minutes. You receive an SMS before landing with the driver's details.

How Our London City Pickup Works

1. Book online — enter your flight details and destination address
2. We track your flight — our system monitors your arrival in real-time
3. Driver meets you — your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board
4. Luggage assistance — your driver helps with bags and walks you to the vehicle
5. Door-to-door — sit back and relax as you're driven directly to your destination

Free Waiting Time

We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands for international arrivals, and 45 minutes for domestic flights. This gives you plenty of time to clear customs and collect your luggage without any extra charges.

Flight Delays? No Problem

Our real-time flight tracking means your driver knows if your flight is early or delayed. There's no need to call us — we automatically adjust. If your flight is significantly delayed, we'll reassign a driver to be there exactly when you land.
